Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse located in South Portland, Maine, United States.

Processing Time:

  • Most orders require 1-5 business days for processing.
  • For pre-order items, please allow 1-5 business days for processing around the expected ship date.

Shipping Options for Customers in the United States:

At checkout, customers have the option to select from the following shipping classes based on availability and delivery address:

  1. USPS - Ground Advantage™: This is an economical ground delivery service. Tracking is included. Delivery/transit time is typically 2-5 business days (plus 1-5 business days for order processing) but may take longer in some cases. Includes $100 insurance against loss or damage due to USPS error or mishandling.
  2. USPS - Priority Mail: This shipping option includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance for most shipments. Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.
  3. UPS® Ground: This service provides packages within 1-6 business days, depending on the location (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders). It comes with a Tracking Number, and please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers must provide a valid street address.
  4. USPS Media Mail: This shipping option is cost-effective and is reserved for physical music and books only. It comes with a Tracking Number, and delivery time is typically 2-8 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. Purchases made with Media Mail service are subject to inspection by the USPS and are not guaranteed against damage or loss. For collections that require mint condition products, we recommend selecting an insured service. 

    Pre-order Postal Delay:

    Please note that pre-sale or backorder Media Mail shipments can sometimes take significantly longer than other mail classes for USPS to process and for the tracking to activate. If customers would like to receive a pre-order/backorder music product as quickly as possible after shipment, we recommend selecting a different mail service.

    Shipping Options for Customers Outside of the United States:

    For international orders, customers will be responsible for any additional customs taxes or tariffs applicable to their country at the time of delivery. Please allow an additional 2-3 days above processing time for orders to be transported from our warehouse to the Asendia shipping hub.

    1. Asendia - e-PAQ Plus: This is the least expensive parcel service available for small parcels up to 4.4lbs. General tracking is provided in most cases, but for many countries, it is limited (not end-to-end tracking). Delivery time varies by destination and is typically 10-25 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
    2. Asendia - Epaq Select: This is the fastest and most reliable Asendia service that includes a Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation. Delivery is typically 6-15 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
    3. USPS Priority Mail International: This service is used for packages weighing up to 70 pounds. It includes a Tracking Number, and delivery is typically 6-10 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders.
      GlobalPost Plus: This is a tracked, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service where customs duties/fees are paid by the shipper at the time of shipment instead of by the recipient on delivery. Packages are also pre-cleared with the destination country's customs office, which could result in a quicker delivery process. Delivery is typically within 4-8 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders.)
    4. GlobalPost Plus: This is a tracked, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service where customs duties/fees are paid by the shipper at the time of shipment instead of by the recipient on delivery. Packages are also pre-cleared with the destination country's customs office, which could result in a quicker delivery process. Delivery is typically within 4-8 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders.)

    Asendia offers end-to-end shipping services, including collection, processing, and final-mile delivery. They work with carefully chosen partners in each country, based on price, reliability, and features.

    Additional notes:

    1. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address as there is no guarantee against theft after delivery.
    2. Please note we cannot ship to third-party freight forwarders. All orders shipped to a known freight forwarder may be canceled without notice.
    3. Delivery times published by the shipping services are approximate, and some orders take longer to be delivered. Your patience is appreciated
