Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item you have bought, please contact us via email at leonbridges@store-08.com to let us know your intention to return.

Returns on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. CDs, Records and DVDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective.

All shipping costs and shipping sales tax for returns must be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch with us BEFORE shipping out any returns or we cannot be responsible for any additional fees or costs made in error. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do our best to assure that your vinyl reaches you in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of the product (vinyl disc inside the cardboard jacket) and the fact that these are being handled and transported worldwide from the moment they are produced, small corner dings, seam splits and other minor damage does sometimes occur on the cardboard jacket. We do not guarantee against this cosmetic damage to vinyl jackets or sleeves. If you're a collector who requires mint condition jackets we recommend ordering at and picking up these releases from your local record store if possible so you can inspect them before purchase, as we regrettably cannot guarantee against this type of transport damage as the shipping companies do not consider it significant when processing insurance claims.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
